Can be found by going oustide of mage bank by clicking on your spell book and choosing the "L" tele and click on "Mage Bank".
Giant Bats (lvl 27) - They pile so be carfeul but they hit low
Battle Mages (lvl 54) - They use the god spells so you must have prayer on to fight them.

Can be found near the wildy by clicking on your spell book and choosing the "L" tele and click on "Varrock".
