Demotes!/Server related Details

As most of you can see, I have demoted people in the server of their ranks and status. This is because they were un reliable people not helping the server at all. If anything they were putting a Horrible impact onto the server itself. They were also ruining the server economicly.
As time goes past people come people go. I will be promoting more people. At the end I will post what will boost your chances and what will lower them.
Also as of right now the server is going to remain Online. I will not shut it down. But that means I need your help as a communtiy to try and bring in more people. It doesn't have to be loads. cause if each of you get 2 people and those 2 people get 2 people. It will get big FAST.

BOOST:
Helping other when they need it.
Solving problems not expanding them.
Inforce the rules
being a nice person
Doing positive things for the community.
etc.

LOWER:
Asking for Staff
Starting fights
cussing someone out
begging for items
etc.
